Cathedrals and, truth to tell, churches of a certain age, seem to have pipe organs, those magnificent musical instruments that can fill the enormous space with the sparkling sounds of a Bach fugue or toccata.  And this cathedral was no exception.  Tucked amid the pillars and arches were rank upon rank of massive organ pipes.  The only thing missing was the Bach.,
