Burg Sooneck (2010)

Built around the year 1000 in the time of Bishop Willegis of Mainz by 1689 this castle had fallen into ruins.  Crown Prince Friedrich Wilhelm of Prussia acquired it in 1834 and restored it in a pseudo-Gothic style.
