Cancellation Policy

All workshops require a non-refundable $200 deposit to hold the space.  If you must cancel at any time the deposit cannot be refunded. 

Final payment is due 45 days before the workshop start date.  If you must cancel more than 30 days before the workshop, any additional fees you have paid beyond the $200 deposit will be refunded.  If you cancel 30 days or less prior to the workshop no refund will be given.

Unfortunately we cannot be responsible for cancellations due to a medical or other emergencies.  Therefore, we recommend you purchase trip insurance.

We try very hard not to cancel a workshop .  But if we must cancel one all funds will be returned including your $200 deposit.  We require a minimum attendance of two (2) paying attendees to conduct the workshop.  We reserve the right to cancel a workshop is this minimum enrollment is not met.  However, we cannot be responsible for non-refundable airline tickets, lodging or other non-workshop expenses.  Please make your travel plans accordingly.
