The Cologne Cathedral in Germany is the largest cathedral in Germany and certainly one of the most beautiful.  It's difficult for a tourist to capture this magnificent edifice in its entirety given the 20,000 visitors a day that enter its doors to be awed by its splendor.  So I took to photographing vignettes that captured my eye and heart.

This is one of my favorites - the statue of a bishop amidst the towering pillars and silhouetted against one of the many beautiful stained glass windows.
