Sign Me Up

To sign up for one of our photography workshops simply click the links below to download the registration form. Then fill it out and save a copy on your hard drive for your records. You have two options for enrolling.

1) You can email the completed form back to me. When I receive it I will email you an invoice. The email will containin a link you can click to make a secure online payment for the $250 nonrefundable deposit.

2) If you prefer to pay by check, email me to let me know and I will provide you with a mailing address (I'm in the process of relocating so don't know where I'll be until we move). Then print the completed form and mail it with your check.

Final Payment will be due 45 days before the workshop. You will receive a reminder.
